ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

CIVIL SYSTEMS
The need for systems within everyone's reach mixed with the installation of the most sophisticated home automation tools led us to use a 3-level system:
LEVEL 1
The basic level, it must guarantee the minimum safety and usability requirements. It defines the minimum number of outlet points, lighting points and data / TV points for each living area. The electrical panel must have an adapted number depending on the size of the house. Furthermore it is necessary to provide circuit breakers to protect each circuit. The number of circuit breakers engaged exclusively for dedicated loads (boiler, washing machine, air conditioner).
LEVEL 2
The standard level is the one that is perfectly suited to modern residential installations. It has a greater number of socket points and lighting points than Level 1 and this guarantees greater comfort and also includes a video door phone and installation of anti-intrusion systems. The electrical panel, in addition to the requirements of Level 1, has in addition the device for the load management and control. The TOP level, intended for homes with the highest standards of efficiency, safety and comfort. They are also known as DOMOTIC systems, which use a technology that can manage not only loads, but also residential scenarios and remote management. Specifically, it manages the following functions: anti-intrusion; load control; light control management; temperature management (if separate management is not provided); scenario management (shutters etc.); remote control; sound diffusion system; fire detection (UNI 9795), if separate management is not envisaged; anti-flooding and / or gas detection system. The list is illustrative and not exhaustive. The use of individual home automation functions can also be integrated into Levels 1 and 2. As for the electrical panel, in addition to level 2, it is necessary to install an overvoltage protection device (SPD).
