Hotel maintenance requires a company capable of handling every situation, in contexts that vary between electricity, hydraulics, automation and all those parts that are part of the building. GWE undertakes to safeguard the conditions of the structure, in particular the plumbing and heating systems or the swimming pools / spas that are the most subject to wear and damage if badly kept.

MAINTENANCE OF THE WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM

A system without maintenance can worsen the quality of the outgoing water, on the contrary the replacement of the filtering elements at the right time guarantees not only the effectiveness of the system, but also to prevent bacterial proliferation.
Depending on the type and complexity of the equipment, maintenance operations can be performed differently.
Water softener: it is a totally automatic device, which requires, however, the periodic reintegration of the salts for the regeneration of the resins; a reverse osmosis system, which was created to reduce the salt content of water, must be equipped with adequate pre-filtration and requires periodic maintenance to prevent the membranes from clogging. It is therefore important to maintain a correct level of salt inside the special containers so as to guarantee a good functioning of the system.


Anti-legionella treatmentThe increasing number of cases that encounter legionellosis has attracted public attention on the topic Legionella. From the checks carried out, despite the various regulations and solicitations by the Competent Authority, the quality of the water used by the production, hotel and catering activities does not always correspond to the standards required by law. In addition to the significant sanctioning aspect, the use of poor quality or even harmful water, represents a real danger for the user and configures precise criminal responsibilities on the part of the operators. It is important to use specific products to solve this problem


POOL-SPA MAINTENANCE

It is necessary for a private pool, that the pH is in a range between 7.2 and 7.6 while the chlorine is kept stable between 1 and 1.5 ppm (ie mg / l). Differently for public swimming pools, it is recommended that the value of free, not combined or total chlorine be between 0.7 and 1.5 ppm and the pH value should instead remain inclusive and constant in the range between 7.2 and 7 , 6. The daily control of the previous parameters is essential to guarantee the customer the ideal water conditions, but also to preserve the integrity of the water circulation system.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

The maintenance of the electrical system is important and should be done periodically to avoid any risk, it being understood that our electrical system must be in accordance with the law and constructed correctly with quality components. In addition to the question of safety, the smooth operation of the electrical system also guarantees energy savings: avoiding power outages is a good way to avoid finding bitter surprises in your bill. Maintenance is therefore fundamental, both in terms of safety and in terms of energy saving.



AIR-CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE

Air conditioner maintenance is essential, daily health and wellbeing also depends on the good quality of the air you breathe in the places where you live and work. In fact, the air carries numerous microorganisms responsible for infections. Hence the importance of regular and correct maintenance and cleaning of air conditioning systems. The Sick Building Syndrome, is caused on a large scale by the contamination of air-conditioning systems, together with inadequate air-conditioning in terms of temperature and humidity and few air changes.



ROOMS MAINTENANCE

The integrity of every service available to the customer inside the room is fundamental. Our technicians in collaboration with the hotel team are responsible for ensuring their operations. It is therefore necessary to periodically check the rooms, especially before and after the customer's passage.
